AI-agent instellen: zaDojo koppelen en skills

Een AI-agent heeft twee dingen van zaDojo nodig. De MCP-koppeling laat hem zaDojo-tools aanroepen voor live SEO-data op https://app.zadojo.com/mcp. De skills zijn SKILL.md-bestanden die hem vertellen hoe hij een klus zoals een audit of zoekwoordonderzoek van begin tot eind uitvoert. De snelste manier om allebei te krijgen: plak de installatieprompt hieronder in je agent en laat hem de installatie doen.

Gebruik je ChatGPT? Ga dan naar de ChatGPT-handleiding. Een gewone ChatGPT-chat kan niets installeren, dus de prompt laat hem alleen de handmatige stappen tonen. De aangepaste koppeling werkt zowel op ChatGPT Free als op betaalde abonnementen.

Wat je nodig hebt

• Een zaDojo-account. Meld je aan en krijg € 0,10 proeftegoed zonder creditcard, of maak het account aan wanneer de installatie de inlogpagina opent.
• Een agent die verbinding kan maken met een externe MCP-server: Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Codex (CLI of de ChatGPT-desktopapp), Hermes, Grok Bot, Cursor en vergelijkbare clients.
• Een browser waarin je de zaDojo-login kunt goedkeuren. Voor een headless agent zonder browser gebruik je een API-sleutel.

Je agent instellen

1. Kopieer de prompt hieronder. Je kunt hem ook kopiëren via Agent setup in de zaDojo-app, of je agent naar de platte-tekstversie sturen op https://zadojo.com/agent-setup.txt.
2. Plak hem in een nieuwe chat of sessie in je agent.
3. De agent zoekt uit welke client hij is, controleert of er al een zaDojo-koppeling is en installeert de plugin waar die bestaat. Waar geen plugin bestaat, voegt hij de MCP-server en de openbare skills apart toe.
4. Opent je browser de zaDojo-login, log dan in en keur de toegang goed.
5. Vraagt de agent je om te herladen, opnieuw te starten of ergens op te klikken waar hij zelf niet bij kan, doe die stap dan. Hij vertelt je precies wat je moet doen.

Set up zaDojo in this agent. Do what you can; guide me through anything that needs my input.

## 1. Check this agent

- Identify this agent and its version. Ask only if you cannot tell.
- Check for an existing zaDojo connection. Preserve other integrations and avoid duplicates.
- Check for zaDojo skills separately. A connection without skills is incomplete.

## 2. If this is ChatGPT

If I pasted this into a regular ChatGPT conversation (web or desktop app, not Codex), you cannot install zaDojo from here. Don't run commands or edit files. Instead, give me these steps and stop:

1. On chatgpt.com, open **Settings → Security and login** and turn on **Developer mode**. This works on Free and paid plans; no upgrade is needed.
2. Open **Settings → Plugins → Developer mode** (or **Plugins → + → Create MCP App**). Name it zaDojo, enter the server URL `https://app.zadojo.com/mcp` in full, including `https://` (otherwise ChatGPT reports "Unsafe URL"), and keep **OAuth** selected.
3. Create it, sign in to zaDojo, and approve the connection.
4. Start a new chat, select zaDojo from the **+** menu, and send: "Use zaDojo to check my connection and list my projects."

## 3. Install the plugin first

The official plugin bundles MCP + SEO skills, with zaDojo namespacing and shared updates.

- **Codex:** follow the [plugin guide](https://zadojo.com/docs/codex-plugin).
- **Claude Code:** follow the [plugin guide](https://zadojo.com/docs/claude-code-plugin).
- **Claude Cowork or the Claude desktop app:** you cannot install plugins from this chat, so don't run commands. Tell me to open **Customize** (in Cowork, the **Cowork** tab first) → **Plugins** → **+** or **Add** → **Add marketplace** → **Add from a repository**, enter `https://github.com/zadojo/seo-geo-mcp`, and install **zaDojo**. Then I start a new task and type `/` to check that zaDojo skills appear. If I already have a custom zaDojo connector, have me remove it once the plugin signs in. Plugins need a paid Claude plan. If I'm on Claude Free, have me add `https://app.zadojo.com/mcp` under **Customize → Connectors** → **Add custom connector** and upload the [public skills](https://zadojo.com/docs/skills/setup) in **Customize → Skills**. Then continue at step 5.
- **Other agents:** verify plugin compatibility in their current documentation.
- Check the installed client's help before running commands.

## 4. Fall back to MCP + skills

If the plugin is unsupported:

- Add `https://app.zadojo.com/mcp` using the [MCP guide](https://zadojo.com/docs/mcp).
- Install the [public SEO skills](https://zadojo.com/docs/skills/setup) for this agent only.
- Do not copy internal repository skills or duplicate bundled skills.
- If skills are unsupported, use MCP alone and link to the workflow guides.

## 5. Sign in

- Prefer OAuth and let me approve login in my browser. If this client cannot use OAuth, send me to `https://app.zadojo.com/settings` → API keys. Have me enter the key in the client's secret settings or environment, never chat or a repository.
- **Manual setup needed?** Use this agent’s current documentation and give only the steps I need to do myself.

## 6. Reload and verify

- Use the current agent’s native reload flow, checking its installed version, help, or official documentation. Prefer automatic discovery or an in-place reload; restart only if required to load the new tools and skills.
- Once tools load in this session, run whoami and list_projects (free reads). Check skill discovery too. If a reload needs my action, give the instructions rather than repeatedly retrying unavailable tools.
- Track installation, sign-in, and verification separately. A connected server is not proof that this session can use its tools. Never claim verification before the free reads succeed.
- Do not create projects or run paid research during installation.

## 7. Finish with a short handoff

Keep progress updates brief. The final reply must be **140 words or fewer** and follow this template:

Adapt the template to the actual result:

- If I must install the plugin by hand, as in Claude Cowork, replace step 1 with those clicks.
- If installation failed, name the blocker and replace reload with the fix. If fully verified, say it is ready and omit reload. Do not claim sign-in failed or is required merely because tools need reloading.
- Recommend this agent’s idiomatic way to invoke each installed skill: its native command, mention, picker, or natural-language request. Use the discovered skill name and plugin namespace; do not assume `/skill-name` works everywhere or create aliases to force it. Check the agent’s help or official documentation when unsure. If skills are unsupported, give equivalent plain-language requests using the connected tools. Recommend workflows; do not run them during installation.
- Keep tool names such as whoami and list_projects in your checks, not the final reply. Omit versions, paths, connection details, skill counts, other integrations, and cleanup commands unless they explain the blocker or I ask. Do not add more sections or a verification checklist.

Handmatig instellen per agent

Claude Code

Voeg in een Claude Code-sessie de marketplace toe en installeer de plugin:

Claude Cowork

Plugins in Cowork voeg je via menu's toe, dus dit deel kan een agent niet voor je doen. Ga naar Customize > Plugins > Add marketplace > Add from a repository, vul https://github.com/zadojo/seo-geo-mcp in en installeer zaDojo. Hiervoor heb je een betaald Claude-abonnement nodig. De stappen voor Cowork leggen het alternatief voor het Free-abonnement uit.

Codex in de ChatGPT-desktopapp

1. Open Codex en start een nieuwe chat.
2. Plak de installatieprompt van deze pagina.
3. Keur de zaDojo-login goed zodra die verschijnt.
4. Zegt Codex dat de tools nog niet geladen zijn, start dan nog een nieuwe chat.

Wil je met de hand installeren, volg dan de stappen voor Codex desktop. Welke ChatGPT-abonnementen Codex bevatten bepaalt OpenAI, dus kijk op de abonnementspagina van OpenAI. Een Codex-koppeling staat los van chatgpt.com: een gewone ChatGPT-chat ziet hem niet.

Codex CLI

Vanuit een terminal:

Verschijnt de plugin niet, herlaad of herstart Codex dan. Log daarna in:

codex mcp login zadojo

Vraag Codex om met SEO Coach te controleren of alles werkt. De handleiding voor de Codex-plugin noemt de foutmeldingen die je kunt tegenkomen. Heb je via een plugindirectory op de desktop geïnstalleerd, beheer de plugin dan vanuit die directory.

Hermes

Plak de installatieprompt om de MCP-server te koppelen. Skills komen uit de skills-hub van Hermes. Zo voeg je SEO Coach toe:

Voer hetzelfde commando uit met een andere mapnaam voor elke extra zaDojo-skill die je wilt, bijvoorbeeld seo-audit of keyword-research. Hermes onthoudt waar elke skill vandaan komt, zodat hij later op updates kan controleren. De eigen documentatie staat in Hermes skill management.

Grok Bot

Plak de installatieprompt in je Bot en voer de stappen uit die hij aan jou teruggeeft. Kant-en-klare skills en connectors staan onder Marketplace in de zijbalk. Privéskills staan onder Your plugins > Manage plugins and skills > Private skills, en elke Bot op je account kan ze gebruiken. Zie Grok Bot skills voor de documentatie van xAI.

Claude op het web en andere agents

Koppel de server met de MCP-handleiding. Voeg daarna de skills toe met de skillbeheerder die je agent ondersteunt. In Claude beheer je eigen skills onder Customize > Skills. Met een betaald Claude-abonnement voegt de zaDojo-plugin de koppeling en de skills in één keer toe.

Agents die met de skills-CLI werken, kunnen zaDojo-skills uit een lijst kiezen:

Kies je huidige agent en de installatiescope die je wilt. Voer dit niet uit bovenop de plugin, want de plugin levert de skills al mee. Andere routes staan in skills handmatig instellen.

Controleren of het werkt

Start een nieuwe chat en stuur:

Gebruik zaDojo om mijn koppeling te controleren en mijn projecten te tonen.

Een werkende installatie roept zaDojo-tools aan en geeft je account en projectenlijst terug. Een lege lijst is ook goed: dan heb je nog geen project aangemaakt. Deze controle leest alleen data en kost geen tegoed.

Controleer daarna de skills. Typ in Claude Code /zadojo: en zoek de twaalf skillnamen. Typ in Codex $. Vraag in andere agents: "Welke zaDojo-skills zie je?" Een koppeling die werkt zonder skills is maar half ingesteld.

Slagen beide controles, vraag je agent dan om SEO Coach te draaien. Die kijkt waar je project staat en raadt één volgende stap aan.

Je skills bijwerken

Skills worden steeds beter, en de kopieën in je agent werken zichzelf niet bij. Het vernieuwen van de MCP-koppeling werkt de lijst met tools bij, niet de skillbestanden.

ChatGPT-gebruikers volgen de updatestappen voor ChatGPT. Een aangepaste ChatGPT-koppeling heeft geen skillbestanden om bij te werken.

Het makkelijkst is deze prompt te plakken in de agent waarin je zaDojo gebruikt. Hij zoekt uit hoe de skills zijn geïnstalleerd, werkt ze op dezelfde plek bij en behoudt je login en eventuele aanpassingen die je in de skillbestanden hebt gedaan.

If this is ChatGPT on the web or a regular desktop chat, use https://zadojo.com/docs/chatgpt#update-zadojo. For a public directory plugin, start a new chat to load the available tools and skills; reconnect only if sign-in needs attention. For a custom MCP connection, select Refresh in its details, then start a new chat. Refreshing a custom connection updates tools, not skill files. Do not run local Codex commands to update ChatGPT web.

Identify this agent and how zaDojo was installed. Use the matching plugin or skills installer, checking the installed client's help before running commands. Update only zaDojo in its existing scope. Preserve my MCP endpoint, sign-in, and personal skill edits; ask before replacing conflicting edits. Avoid duplicate skills and do not install internal repository skills.

If the skills were copied manually, compare them with https://github.com/zadojo/seo-geo-mcp/tree/main/plugins/seo-geo-mcp/skills and update the installed public skill folders, including their supporting files. For Grok Bot or another agent without a verified update command, use its supported skill management flow or give me the exact manual steps available in this version.

Reload skills if supported. If I need to reload or start a new session, tell me what to do. Verify the updated skill files and that this agent can discover them; an active MCP connection alone does not prove the skills updated. Briefly tell me what changed and anything left to do. Do not run SEO research during the update.

De Claude Code-plugin bijwerken

Wil je dit niet meer met de hand doen, open dan /plugin, ga naar Marketplaces, kies zadojo en kies Enable auto-update. Automatisch bijwerken staat standaard uit voor marketplaces die Anthropic niet zelf beheert. Meldt Claude Code dat er een update klaarstaat, voer dan /reload-plugins uit. Anthropic beschrijft de instelling in configure auto-updates.

De Codex CLI-plugin bijwerken

Herstart of herlaad Codex als de nieuwe skillversies niet verschijnen. De plugincommando's van Codex zijn tussen releases veranderd, dus wordt dit commando geweigerd, voer dan codex plugin --help uit om te zien wat jouw versie accepteert. OpenAI beschrijft marketplaces in de plugindocumentatie.

Skills uit de Hermes-hub bijwerken

Vraag Hermes welke skills updates hebben en werk de zaDojo-skills daarna bij op naam:

Herhaal de updateregel voor elke zaDojo-skill die je hebt geïnstalleerd. Heb je een skill lokaal aangepast, dan laat Hermes hem standaard met rust. Lees eerst je aanpassingen terug. Voeg --force alleen toe als je ze gerust kwijt mag raken. Details staan in de Hermes update lifecycle.

Skills bijwerken die met de skills-CLI zijn geïnstalleerd

Vul de skillnamen in die je echt hebt geïnstalleerd. Gebruik dezelfde scope als bij de installatie: -g voor globale skills of -p voor projectskills. Bewaar een kopie van je eigen aanpassingen voordat je bijwerkt. Skills die na je installatie zijn toegevoegd, pakt update niet op, dus voer het installatiecommando opnieuw uit om ze te kiezen. De documentatie van de skills-CLI bevat alle opties.

Grok Bot of handmatig gekopieerde skills bijwerken

Plak voor Grok Bot de updateprompt, of open Marketplace > Your plugins > Manage plugins and skills en werk daar de zaDojo-vermelding bij. xAI publiceert geen apart updatecommando voor skills, dus gebruik de knoppen die jouw versie toont.

Heb je skillmappen met de hand gekopieerd, vergelijk ze dan met de huidige skillmappen. Vervang elke map in zijn geheel, inclusief bestanden naast SKILL.md, en neem je eigen aanpassingen over. Skills die je via Customize > Skills in Claude hebt geüpload, vervang je op dezelfde plek.

Herlaad daarna de skills of open een nieuwe sessie, en vraag de agent te bevestigen dat hij de bijgewerkte zaDojo-skills ziet.

Problemen oplossen

Voor al het andere mail je hello@zadojo.com met de naam en versie van je agent, de stap die misging en de exacte fouttekst. Stuur nooit wachtwoorden, API-sleutels of inlogcodes.

Wat tegoed kost

Installeren, inloggen, de koppelingscontrole en skill-updates kosten niets. SEO Coach is ook gratis, tenzij je hem vraagt onderzoek te draaien. Tegoed gaat alleen op wanneer je agent betaalde data ophaalt, en 1.000 credits zijn € 1 waard. Enkele gebruikelijke prijzen:

• Eén zoekopdracht voor zoekwoordonderzoek: ongeveer € 0,07.
• Een domein- of backlinkoverzicht met een jaar historie: ongeveer € 0,10.
• Prompt Research voor één zoekwoord: ongeveer € 0,25.
