1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and [company legal name], [registered address], [company registration number] ("zaDojo", "we", "us"). They apply when you use zadojo.com, the zaDojo app at app.zadojo.com, the zaDojo MCP server, plugins and skills (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The Service

zaDojo is an SEO and AI visibility platform. It gives you search data, research tools, rank tracking, site audits and reports, and lets AI agents use them on your behalf. Search volumes, traffic, rankings and AI answers come from third-party providers and are estimates. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or business result.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details and API keys secure, and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account, including actions taken by AI agents and integrations you connect. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans, usage credits and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance each month through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices, included usage and how credits work are shown on the pricing page and in the app.
Research tools spend usage credits. The app shows the cost before you run larger jobs. You can buy extra credits when you need them.
Prices are shown in euros and [include / exclude] VAT.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Except where these terms or the law say otherwise, payments are not refundable.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. If you ask us to start the Service during those 14 days, you pay for the part of the Service you used before you withdrew. To withdraw, email hello@zadojo.com.
We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
run site audits on sites you do not own or are not allowed to crawl, or connect Google properties you are not authorized to access;
resell, republish or redistribute bulk data from the Service as a competing data product;
try to get around usage limits, access controls or billing;
attack, overload or probe the Service, or use it to send spam or malware;
reverse engineer the hosted Service, except where the law or an open-source license allows it.

6. Your content

You keep all rights in the content you add, such as projects, keywords, project context and reports. You give us permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide the Service. If you share a report by link, anyone with the link can read it until you stop sharing it.

7. Third-party services and AI output

The Service relies on third parties, including DataForSEO, Google, Cloudflare, Stripe and AI model providers. Your use of connected services, such as Google Search Console, is also subject to their own terms. AI features can produce inaccurate or incomplete output, so check it before you rely on it.

8. Intellectual property and open source

The zaDojo name, logo, website content and hosted Service belong to us or our licensors. Parts of zaDojo are open-source software, listed with their licenses on our open source licenses page. Nothing in these terms limits the rights those licenses give you.

9. Changes to the Service

We improve the Service over time and may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel.

10. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or other users at risk, or has unpaid charges. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your content. What happens to your data afterwards is described in our privacy policy.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. If you are a consumer, you keep the statutory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
